The F.L.O.W. Mastery Model

While Fluxogenics is the theoretical component underlying the HyperLiving concept, which we have presented briefly in order to provide “academic” support for what we are proposing, F.L.O.W. Power System is the application model in which the principles of Fluxogenics are organized into a coherent and practical system and transformed into a process that can be used whenever you want to produce a state of flow in a system in order to achieve optimal performance, which allows maximum results with minimum effort.

The model consists of four main points:

Find your Direction: HyperMotivation

Liberate your Potential: HyperEnergy

Outgrow your Limits: HyperSkill

Wake up your Inner Performer: HyperPerformance

Each of these points consists of three main components, each of which is designed to contribute to successful performance.

Find your Direction: How to discover your true goals

  • Connect to the source: How to connect to the source of all knowledge and power
  • Listen to the Voice: How to recognize your true voice
  • Align Your Behavior: How to receive help from the universe

Liberate your Potential: How to discover true meaning

  • Remove Blockages: How to move with the wind in your sails
  • Focus on Possibilities: How to always access our power
  • Using energy as a Compass: How to always make the best decisions

Outgrow your Limits: How to achieve technical mastery

  • Achieve Mastery: How to learn what is truly necessary more quickly
  • Understanding the game: How to play and win
  • Gain Confidence: The true key to self-confidence

Wake up your Inner Performer: How to unleash all our power

  • Relax: How to achieve the optimal state of performance
  • Free your Mind: How to achieve maximum mental efficiency
  • Enter the flow: How to achieve maximum results with minimum effort

As we have done when discussing systems, let us first examine the model from a general point of view so that it can be applied to any system, be it a soccer team, a company, an orchestra, or perhaps a mechanical device, bearing in mind that, of course, the practical details will change accordingly, while the basic principles will remain the same.

Once we understand the model, we will then apply it to each of the dimensions of the human being (physical, mental, social, financial, spiritual), each dimension being considered as a system in its own right. When these dimensions reach an optimal level, we repeat the process, considering the human being as a reference system, aligning these dimensions with each other and considering them as a single system, with the aim of achieving a higher level of results and awareness, which we call HyperLiving.

Needless to say, the human being is a system of incredible complexity and there are no limits to improvement, so our work can never be considered “finished,” but can be resumed whenever we face a particularly difficult challenge, we want to overcome a moment of stagnation, or simply grow in one or more areas.
