Seminars for the public

We offer a series of seminars open to the public in which Fluxogenics techniques are applied across various fields to achieve optimal results in personal and professional life, sports, and self-development.
Each seminar includes a theoretical component, where the various techniques are introduced and explained, and a practical component in which these techniques are applied.
At the end of each seminar, a certificate of participation is issued, which counts as a credit toward access to advanced-level seminars reserved for professionals.
Flowing to Success:
the Secrets of Effortless Results
This seminar explores a simple but often misunderstood principle: performance does not improve through effort alone, but through the quality of alignment between attention, energy and action. In many situations, what limits results is not a lack of ability, but an excess of internal interference—overthinking, doubt, tension and unnecessary control.
Participants will examine how these forms of interference arise and how they disrupt otherwise efficient cognitive and behavioral processes. The seminar introduces a set of principles aimed at reducing friction and restoring clarity, allowing actions to become more direct, precise and effective.
Rather than focusing on motivation or discipline, the emphasis is placed on understanding how to create the internal conditions in which results emerge more naturally. The objective is not to do more, but to function better, achieving consistent outcomes with less strain and greater sustainability.
Quantum Mind Flow:
the Secrets of Reality Creation
Every action is based on a perception of reality, and that perception is shaped by attention, interpretation and belief. This seminar examines how these elements influence decision-making, behavior and ultimately results.
Without resorting to abstract or speculative models, the seminar presents a structured approach to understanding how mental frameworks filter experience and define what is perceived as possible or impossible. In this sense, “reality creation” is not treated as a mystical process, but as the natural consequence of how the mind selects, organizes and responds to information.
Participants will explore how rigid interpretations and unconscious assumptions can limit available options, and how modifying these internal structures can lead to different outcomes in practical contexts. The focus remains grounded: understanding the relationship between perception and action in order to operate more effectively within complex and uncertain environments.
In Flow with the Infinite:
the Secrets of Charisma
Charisma is often described as an innate or mysterious quality, something that some individuals possess and others do not. This seminar proposes a different perspective: charisma emerges when internal conflict is reduced and expression becomes coherent, stable and natural.
When attention is fragmented or self-consciousness becomes dominant, communication loses clarity and impact. Conversely, when internal processes are aligned, expression becomes more direct, and presence becomes more perceptible.
The seminar explores how attention, perception and internal dialogue influence the way individuals are perceived by others. Rather than teaching external techniques or performative behaviors, it focuses on removing the obstacles that interfere with authentic expression.
The result is a form of communication that is not forced or constructed, but consistent and grounded. In this sense, charisma is not something to be added, but something that emerges when interference is reduced and the system operates without unnecessary distortion.
Flow to Win:
the Secrets of Top Sport Performance
In high-level sport, the difference between success and failure often depends on the ability to perform under pressure without hesitation or loss of coordination. Physical preparation is essential, but it is not sufficient: athletes must also manage attention, perception and internal reactions in real time.
This seminar focuses on the mental conditions that allow performance to remain stable and effective in competitive environments. Particular attention is given to the role of overcontrol, anxiety and cognitive interference, which can disrupt even well-trained motor patterns.
Drawing from principles associated with flow states, the seminar presents practical approaches to improving focus, timing and execution. The goal is not to increase effort, but to reduce internal noise and allow previously acquired skills to operate at their full potential.
In this perspective, performance is not forced but facilitated: the athlete learns how to access a state in which action becomes fluid, precise and responsive to the demands of the situation.
